incurring liability as a result. Notification of prizes will be sent to each
winner by first class post and can only be sent to a valid UK address.
Claims for prizes must be made by each winner by email to
reuben@sparkcreativity.co.uk or by first class post to "Aprilia - Point
Blank Competition, Spark Creativity, 109 High Street, Hail Weston,
Cambridge, PE19 5JS" and received by 9 April 2005. All winners must produce
a current driving license or passport to prove age and dress in smart attire
for entry into club. Entry and access to club is at all times subject to
club's own rules and policies. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending
money, travel and other expenses, unless specifically stated are the sole
responsibility of winners.
All winners agree to participate in publicity regarding Point Blank and
Aprilia and relating to the competition. Any personal data relating to
contestants will be used solely for research and marketing purposes of Point
Blank and Aprilia and in accordance with UK and EU Data Protection law. By
entering the competition, contestants consent to the transfer of their
personal data to any office or affiliate of Point Blank or Aprilia.
Contestants' details will not be passed onto any third parties. The
competition and terms of this agreement will be governed by English law.
